We are a community-based organization (CBO) that runs a trout hatchery and a campsite in the depth of the Aberdare forest in Njabini, South Kinangop, Kenya. This is a project stemming from a partnership between The Kenya Forest Service (KFS) and the Kiburu Community Forest Association (KCFA), bringing together the local community and the government in conservation activities.

Our aim is to deliver as much value as possible to the local and the camping community and we have been doing so since the campsite was founded in 2015. We focus on conservation practices that prevent the pollution of rivers in order to maintain a healthy trout population.
